Water Chestnuts Wrapped in Bacon recipe

Ingredients:

6 oz (1 can) of whole water chestnuts
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
6 slices of bacon

Preparation Instructions:

Drain and dry the water chestnuts.

Mix the chestnuts with hoisin sauce.

Cut each bacon slice into strips long enough to wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpick.

Arrange on a foil-covered tray.

Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 12 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
